Free Cancellation
Cancel your booking more than 48 hours before check-in for a full refund.

Late Cancellation (24-48 Hours)
Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before check-in will incur a partial charge.
- •50% refund of the booking amount
- •One night's charge will be deducted
- •Refund processed within 5-7 business days
No Refund (Within 24 Hours)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
- •No refund available
- •Full booking amount will be charged
- •Applies to no-shows as well

Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies
Cancellations due to medical emergencies may be eligible for full refund with valid documentation (medical certificate).
Natural Disasters
In case of natural disasters or government-mandated travel restrictions, full refunds will be provided.
Hotel Closure
If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund immediately.
Booking Modifications
You can modify your booking (dates, room type, number of guests) free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.
Note: Modifications made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to availability and price differences.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Some promotional rates and special offers may be non-refundable. These bookings will be clearly marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of booking.
